PROPOSED SIANA BUSINESS PARK

This project involves the survey, design, and construction of sewer and storm water drainage infrastructure for the proposed Siana Business Park on Plot L.R No 336/10, Ruaraka, Nairobi, being developed by Trishaan Limited.

Denip Investments Ltd has been appointed as the Employer’s Agent to execute the works under a fixed-price contract valued at Kshs. 5,753,600.00 (inclusive of VAT).

Scope of Work

1. Survey & Design – Site survey, preparation of detailed designs, and shop drawings for sewer and drainage connection.
2. Construction Works –

• Laying of sewer pipelines.
• Construction of storm water drainage system.
• Installation of manholes.
• Testing and commissioning of completed works.

Contract Details

• Contract Sum: Kshs. 5,753,600.00
• Survey & Design: Kshs. 812,000.00
• Construction: Kshs. 4,941,600.00
• Duration: 24 calendar days (4th August – 28th August 2025).
• Main Contractor: Bajrang Construction Ltd.
• Consultant: Innovative Planning & Design Consultants.

Execution & Compliance

• Close coordination with the Main Contractor and subcontractors to avoid interference with ongoing works.
• Adherence to health, safety, and NEMA guidelines.
• Monitoring of timelines with penalties for delays (liquidated damages).
• All work to be completed to high workmanship standards with integrity and transparency.
